CF-60AF Polyurethane Elastomer is a versatile 60 Shore A casting system that produces strong, flexible, and tear-resistant parts. Engineered for professional mold makers, prototype developers, and industrial users, this low-odor, mercury-free formulation offers excellent rebound, abrasion resistance, and color stability under moderate UV exposure. Its pigment-friendly chemistry makes it easy to achieve vibrant colors without loss of performance. With a balanced working time of 4.5–5 minutes and a room temperature cure that develops most physical properties within 5–7 days, CF-60AF offers efficiency without compromising strength. Accelerated cures can be achieved with controlled heat (do not exceed 200°F/93°C). Suitable for casting parts, flexible molds, abrasion-resistant linings, and other polyurethane elastomer applications. Use in a well-ventilated area with gloves, protective clothing, and eye protection. Avoid skin contact; wash with soap and water if contact occurs. Flush eyes with water for at least 15 minutes if exposed. Refer to Safety Data Sheet before use. Simple Usage Directions: Mix Part A and Part B at the recommended ratio (by weight: 50A / 100B). Stir thoroughly until uniform. Pour the mixture into your prepared mold. Working time is about 4–5 minutes, with gel occurring around 6–7 minutes. Parts can generally be removed from molds in 1.5–2.5 hours at room temperature. Full physical properties are achieved within 5–7 days at 77°F, or faster if cured with mild heat (do not exceed 200°F / 93°C). Always remix Part A before use and apply appropriate mold release to porous surfaces.
